Awareness · Calm Response

Foundation

The first layer. Children are introduced to the language of water safety, pause, calm and observe, through stories and repetition in supervised settings.

Accumulation

The reinforcement layer. Children apply the same response across pools, beaches, bathtubs, public water and floods, so the behaviour holds across settings.
